Gîte d'étape Brégnier Cordon Ain along the ViaRhôna

For a stopover or a longer stay, we offer our gîte for 2 to 5/6 people, located in the commune of Brégnier Cordon in the Ain department, in a quiet and secluded setting, adjacent to the ViaRhôna greenway. Registered and classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. Open year-round. It is possible to rent 1 or 2 bedrooms, the entire gîte, or share it. This renovated accommodation is on two levels: the ground floor features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area, a living room with TV, and a toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with three single beds and the other with two single beds, plus a single sofa bed for one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air conditioning and optional geothermal heating are available, allowing you to manage your own energy consumption. Notre gite d'étape et de séjour Les Sables se situe sur la commune de Brégnier Cordon, dans l'Ain. Il est accolé à la voie verte Viarhona avec un accès direct. Le gite permet un accueil de 2 à 6 personnes, c'est une maison toute équipée avec au rez de chaussée une cuisine ouverte sur l'espace repas, un salon TV documentation. A l'étage, deux chambres avec salle de bain et wc privatifs dans chacune d'elles. Il est possible de louer le gite complet ou juste une chambre dans ce cas, le rez de chaussée est à partager avec les occupants de la seconde chambre. Vous avez à votre disposition tout le nécessaire pour l'entretien des vélos, une cour privée fermée et sécurisé pour garage à vélo. Des espaces extérieurs aménagés sont à votre disposition, afin de profiter des lieux calmes et retirés. Pour les repas, nous proposons des formules paniers mis à disposition dans votre logement : petit déjeuner et repas à emporter.
