Owners since 2014, Thom and Pélagie welcome you to Camping du Vieux Château in Rauzan, Gironde, in a peaceful, green setting at the foot of a medieval castle, adding a touch of magic to the place. An independent campsite and member of the La Via Natura campsite association, the site holds the "Camping Qualité," "Qualité Tourisme," and "Vignobles et Découvertes" labels. Located 35 km from Bordeaux and 13 km from Saint-Émilion, in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, this charming campsite is just 200 meters from the village, accessible on foot via the rampart walk. It's an ideal central location for exploring the many activities of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region (Bordeaux, Arcachon, Bergerac, the Dordogne River, the Dune du Pilat, etc.). Set in a 2.6-hectare park, the spacious, semi-shaded pitches for tents, caravans, and motorhomes are popular with holidaymakers who can relax peacefully and enjoy nature. The well-maintained mobile homes, chalets, bungalow tents, Campétoiles tree tents, the Alcôve ready-to-camp option, and the unique Truck also offer opportunities for tranquility and relaxation. The large heated swimming pool and paddling pool welcome both adults and children, and the sauna is open all season.
