Whether you're traveling alone, with family, or with friends, we welcome you to our house located in the port of Lyvet, in La Vicomté-sur-Rance, near Dinan and Saint-Malo. For a short break or a longer stay, we offer two bedrooms that can accommodate 1 to 7 people, with breakfast and Wi-Fi access. The Rance River and the Châtelier lock are just 50 meters from the house, with opportunities for kayak rentals, hiking (GR 34C), and cycling. Two bicycles are available for you to fully explore the Rance Valley and the Ille-et-Rance Canal, starting right from the house (Dinan, Léhon, the Mordreuc slipway, the Moulin du Prat, the Plouër-sur-Rance slipway, etc.). From the house, you can easily walk to two restaurants located on the port: "Le Lyvet Gourmand" and "Le Saint-Patrick". Dinan, a medieval town, is located less than 7 kilometers from the house. The beaches of Cancale, Dinard, and Saint-Malo are just 20 minutes away. Mont Saint-Michel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979, is sure to charm you and is about 40 minutes from our home.

Dans la vallée de la Rance, le GR 34C passe à proximité de notre maison. C'est donc avec plaisir que nous vous accueillerons avec vos vélos. Nous pourrons vous conseiller sur les itinéraires à choisir en fonction de vos envies. Un large panel de promenade s'offre à vous: Dinan-La Hisse, Lyvet-Dinard, Lyvet- Rennes, etc.... Pour ceux ou celles qui ne disposent pas de vélos, nous en mettons deux à disposition.
