Two guest rooms in the city center of Caen

As soon as you step through the door, a verdant haven invites you to explore the garden. The bedrooms are on the first floor. They combine old-world charm with modern comforts. They overlook a quiet street and offer views of the ruins of the old Saint Gilles church. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a double bed (140 cm). The other bedroom, formerly the reception room of this bourgeois house, has a more opulent decor that reflects its former use. The bed is a queen-size (160 cm). The bathroom/toilet is just a few steps away, at the end of the corridor. We serve breakfasts featuring homemade or local products, including honey from hives located in the parks of Caen. Depending on the weather, you will be facing the garden or on the terrace under a large parasol. We enjoy welcoming guests, listening to their individual needs, and sharing our region with maps and books in hand.

Vous arrivez d'Angleterre ou de la côte française, vous suivez la Vélo Francette ou vous venez de la gare, dans tous les cas vos coups de pédales vous mèneront par une piste cyclable jusqu'au port de plaisance de Caen. Une dernière petite côte, et 5 minutes après, vous serez chez nous, tout près de l'abbaye aux Dames. Un garage fermé abritera vos vélos et deux chambres confortables vous attendent à l'étage. Vous pourrez faire sécher des affaires dans le jardin ou dans un lieu abrité. Le jardin est propice au repos, mais vous pourrez aussi très facilement visiter Caen à pied : vous serez entre le château et l'abbaye aux Dames.
