La Coussaie, a small hamlet located 10 minutes from Parthenay towards Bressuire/Nantes, offers peace and tranquility in a furnished studio apartment nestled within a hectare of meadows and woods. The main room, measuring 35 m², includes two beds (one 140 cm and one 120 cm), a sofa, a table and chairs, a fireplace with a wood-burning stove, and central heating via radiators. The layout can be customized to your preferences. Internet access is provided. The 12 m² bathroom includes a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, and a shower room with a shower and sink. Underfloor heating is supplemented by wall-mounted electric heaters. Rentals are available outside of the summer season by the week, month, or for longer stays.
