On the Emerald Coast, on the banks of the Rance River (900 m away), this charming house is located in the heart of the village of Le Minihic, set in a large landscaped garden with garden furniture and sun loungers. Ideally situated for exploring Dinard, Dinan, and Saint-Malo. Quick access to the coastal path along the Rance (GR34). A charming double bedroom upstairs, a relaxation lounge on the ground floor, and a shower room with toilet. Laurence and Christophe will serve breakfast in the dining room by the fireplace during the winter months, and in the garden during the summer. A variety of fresh, homemade products (including crêpes) will be offered. A library is available for reading and relaxation.
