A guest room with a private bathroom is available in a 240 m² apartment in an 18th-century building in the heart of historic Bordeaux. The guest room (14 m²) is on the first floor and has no windows. It is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a very large built-in wardrobe, and a bookcase. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. A second bedroom with a single bed (a second bed is available as an extra) is located on the same floor and overlooks an interior courtyard. The rental price includes utilities, breakfast, linens, and towels. Guests have access to the 90 m² terrace and garden furniture at any time of day. The apartment is accessible from the train station by tram (two stops, then a three-minute walk).
