Beautifully restored farmhouse dating from the 1840s, with cyclist-friendly facilities, located on the greenway 15 km from Nérac and Agen, in the heart of the countryside, in a peaceful setting with a wooded and flower-filled park where horses roam. Two guest rooms are available, one with a sitting room opening onto the park and covered terrace, the other overlooking the horse paddock. A comfortable, independent cottage with a terrace includes one bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, and a bathroom. The shared swimming pool and children's play equipment are available for your use, at your own risk.
