The L'Itinérante guesthouse has been completely renovated using healthy and sustainable materials. Three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm) and their own private bathrooms are located upstairs, accessible by a staircase, either from the garden or the village square. One of the bedrooms can accommodate three people (three single beds or one double and one single). Guests have their own private entrance, a 40m² living area with a kitchen, a lounge/dining area, and a tree-lined courtyard with access to the garden. Breakfast at L'Itinérante is 100% organic and, as much as possible, locally sourced: jams from Roussillon, yogurt, homemade cake, organic sourdough bread, etc. Here, in the heart of the hamlet, restaurant terraces adjoin an iconic bookstore, a small humpback bridge, a chapel "with its feet in the water", the round icehouse, the only remaining building for this purpose along the canal, and the old inn which used to welcome many boatmen and travelers.
