Our 13 years of experience have allowed us to make the Gruelles gîte a place that meets the needs of holidaymakers looking for a friendly getaway. Located in the heart of the '7 hills', this large, renovated farmhouse, dating from the late 18th century, offers ample living space of 400m² on 5000m² of land, perfect for gathering friends and family in complete tranquility. It features a 60m² summer lounge, a 100m² living room with a fireplace, 5 large bedrooms, a very large mezzanine, a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and accessible bedrooms for people with disabilities. There is also a private swimming pool, covered parking for several cars, a barbecue, and terraces. All amenities and leisure activities (canoeing, kayaking, fishing, bike rentals) are nearby. All modern comforts are provided. The self-catering gîte is open year-round and available for weekends and overnight stays. An ideal place to celebrate all the important events in your life (Christmas, birthdays, New Year's Day, family gatherings, outings with friends, family reunions, etc.). You can organize your own meals, or we can do it for you (roast lamb, paella, couscous, traditional cuisine). We can accommodate 30-35 people. The best thing about Gîte Gruelles is the spaciousness we've intentionally created by designing large living areas capable of hosting large groups. Rental rates: Weekend night: €500; Weekend: €700
