Gîte du Domaine du Château de Luscan

On a fenced property of over 7 hectares of parkland and woods, in the heart of the Haut Comminges region, 3 km from a village with essential shops and in a valley offering easy access to a wide variety of activities to suit everyone (we will be happy to advise you based on your preferences!), we offer the rental of an outbuilding of the Château, the former gardener's cottage. The building comprises this accommodation, located 200m from the Château, which is inhabited by the owners. There are no adjoining properties or overlooking neighbors, and you will have your own private living space: terrace, lawn, shared swimming pool, and several hectares of natural surroundings with friendly donkeys and sheep. The rental is situated within the Natura 2000 area – Pays de l'Ours (Bear Country) – in a peaceful and unspoiled setting. You will appreciate the tranquility of the location and its tranquility away from urban life, close to our ancient trees, the Pyrenees Mountains, major national sites, rivers, lakes and waterfalls, and occasionally deer. Even the starry sky feels closer because there is no light pollution! It's a whole different world! This comfortable 100 m² house features a large living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, lounge, and TV. There are two bedrooms (one with direct access to the terrace), a bathroom, a swimming pool, and a barbecue. Linens are provided. Pets are not allowed due to the potential for allergies among previous occupants. Free parking is available. Prices range from €550 to €1300 per week. Minimum stay of two nights: €130 per night, or €250 for two nights. ANCV holiday vouchers accepted. Bach flower remedies are available upon request from the owner, a registered nurse.
