And for true relaxation, there's the indoor heated swimming pool with spring water maintained between 26° and 28°C (heated by geothermal energy). The large and lovely 170m² gîte is in a quiet location for 15 people. **The small annex (40m²) sleeps 4 (2 double beds), making a total of 20 people (adults/teenagers and babies).* Your entrance is via the private 60m² paved terrace facing south, covered by two pergolas, overlooking the waterfall with a gas BBQ (additional €10/rental), tables and chairs for everyone under the pergola. * Ground floor: Large, beautiful 70m² living room with a dining area with 2 or 3 tables for 10 people and a large lounge with 4 fixed sofas, a dance area, a TV (80cm), a cassette and DVD player with 30 films and cartoons, and a stereo system. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed (190/120cm, suitable for one adult) and a sofa bed (120/150cm, suitable for a child), providing additional sleeping space for a maximum of 2 or 3 people. *The smaller gîte is all on one level and has 2 bedrooms with two double beds (140cm), a bathroom, and a toilet. *Each new mattress on a slatted base is protected by a cotton mattress protector, as are the pillows and a duvet per bed. *Direct access to the private pool terrace.
