_ Apartment for rent in a villa in the middle of green and shaded nature, very close to a fine sandy beach, far from the hustle and bustle of overcrowded tourist places in the high summer season. You will be staying in a seaside village with a year-round population of approximately 700 inhabitants. _ If you choose one of our apartments to spend your holidays in Rayol, you will be welcomed in a Provençal villa located in a small seaside town which has jealously respected its environment while preserving its old-world charm. _ The Villa is at an altitude of 53 meters, about 80 meters from the small village of Rayol (direct access via a pedestrian staircase). This village has quality shops and essential local services for everyday life (two bakeries, an organic delicatessen, a small Casino supermarket, a tobacconist-newsagent-games shop, a butcher-delicatessen, a florist, a hairdresser, a restaurant, a pharmacy, a post office with automatic withdrawal by bank card, a car garage with fuel dispenser). _ The sandy beach and coves are about 250 meters from the villa. The paths (green trail and alleyways) for walking or cycling are accessible from the villa to a specially prepared track. _ This villa is located between the village of "Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer" and the beach "le Grand Bleu". _ The apartment is organized around a living room with a sofa bed (click-clack type for a 2-person bed in 140*190), a separate kitchen, a separate bedroom (with a 2-person bed in 140*190), a bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet. You will find crockery and cookware, a two-burner electric hob, a multi-function microwave oven, a two-door fridge/freezer, an iron and ironing board, and various pieces of furniture: a table, four chairs, a sideboard, and a TV. LED flat screen color TV, bedding for 4 people, a closet, a wardrobe, blankets. The garden furniture consists of 2 tables, 1 parasol, 6 chairs, an armchair, two sun loungers and their cushions, a fire extinguisher, a small tool kit. In addition to a classic filter coffee maker, each of our rentals is equipped with a "Nespresso" coffee machine. For those who want to try it or for those who already know, coffee capsules are indeed on sale, either at the Casino du Rayol or at the Carrefour in Cavalaire-sur-Mer, or at the Géant Casino in Saint-Tropez. _ In order to improve the hygiene of the bedding, the (disposable) protective covers of the bolsters, pillows and mattresses are systematically replaced at each vacancy with new protective covers for the arrival of new tenants. _ Upon your arrival, a complimentary kitchen starter kit is provided (virgin olive oil, oak barrel wine vinegar, sea salt, ground grey pepper, a roll of absorbent paper, a new sponge, a garbage bag for rubbish, a bag for bathroom waste, a bag for toilet waste, a roll of toilet paper. _ Upon your arrival, you will be offered a chilled bottle of rosé wine from the Gulf of St-Tropez. Each apartment has its own 150-litre hot water production and reversible air conditioning. A 26-inch flat screen television, with a USB port allowing you to play your photos and videos as well as listen to your favorite music in mp3 format, a Wi-Fi connection for high-speed internet and an individual "hotel-style" coded security safe are provided free of charge and complement the basic equipment of these apartments. _ An outdoor washing machine is shared by the rental apartments. The beach is made of fine sand. The seabed is exceptionally clear, the aquatic flora and fauna are within easy reach, far from any human and industrial pollution.
