In the countryside, a traditional Landes-style half-timbered house (96 m² - ground floor) overlooks a shady, flower-filled garden (1000 m²) with a private swimming pool (5x10 m, 0.5 m deep, alarm and fence) and a 10,5 m² pool house (with shower). A terrace offers unobstructed views of the vineyards. There is also a play area with football goals, badminton equipment, and a swing set. Located near the owner's residence, the house features an 11 m² patio at the entrance, a kitchen, a living room, three bedrooms (one double bed, four single beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A laundry room and a shed are also included. Baby equipment is available upon request.
