The residence is located on the Giens peninsula, in a quiet residential area, next to the village of La Capte and the Port of Hyères. The residence is 80 meters from the fine sandy beach of La Bergerie, one of the most beautiful beaches on the French Riviera, sloping gently for 100 meters. Studios located in a small residence 80m from the Bergerie beach, ideal for children as it is shallow, on the Giens peninsula and 5 minutes from the pier for the Île de Porquerolles and Port Cros. The studios are located on the upper floor facing south or garden and all have a balcony for meals, they are equipped with a double bed, TV with TNT, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Some have a sofa bed or a bunk bed. Private parking. The residence is equipped with free wifi. Bicycles, end-of-stay cleaning and linen rental are available. Ideal location for visiting the Golden Islands, for going to the beach, Windsurfing and Kitesurfing spot (La Bergerie, L'Almanarre).
