In a hamlet near Chizé, on the border of Charente-Maritime, this gîte (sleeps 8) was renovated in 2013. It is semi-detached with another gîte (sleeps 4) but offers complete privacy. The peaceful, green setting, facing a meadow and poplar trees, is ideal for nature lovers. A large wooden terrace (42m²) with a pergola faces south and includes garden furniture, a barbecue, and an enclosed garden (160m²). Bicycles and a ping-pong table are available for shared use with the other gîte. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen (12m²), a living/dining room (30m² with a fireplace), a bedroom called "Nénuphar" (15m² with a double bed), an accessible shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs: bedroom 2 "Marguerite" (13m² - 160cm bed), bedroom 3 "Poppy" (13m² - 2 single beds), bedroom 4 "Violet" (12.5m² - 2 single beds), bathroom, shower room, toilet, "Relaxation" lounge (15m² - TV, exercise bike, games, double sofa bed).
