Nightly or weekly rentals... Our studios are attached to our house, with independent access. A parking space is guaranteed, as well as a space for storing bicycles. The studios accommodate 2 adults. They include a bathroom/WC, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet access, and an 80cm LED-HD television. Beds are made upon arrival. Towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Nantes city center is a 10-minute drive away, accessible by regular bus (stop 200m away), tram line 1, or on foot via a beautiful walk along the Erdre River ("the most beautiful river in France": François I). Shops are less than a 5-minute walk away. The construction and management of these studios adhere to an eco-friendly approach. The CADRAN SOLAIRE gîtes/studios are newly built, and we have prioritized an eco-friendly approach as much as possible: - during construction, - in the interior design, - in daily management.
