Holiday home located in a private residence, in a forest clearing, a 5-minute walk from the beach and all amenities. The cycle path runs alongside the residence and connects to the main network of cycle paths on Île d'Oléron. The house is fully equipped with appliances, offers two bedrooms upstairs, as well as a sofa on the ground floor, a terrace with garden furniture, and a BBQ. The swimming pool is shared by all residents and is spacious, open from May to September. The location is ideal for exploring the island.

Située sur la pointe Sud Oléron cette location devrait être considérée comme une première étape , en allant vers le nord , le débouché de l'ile vers La Rochelle pourrait se faire par bateau au départ de Saint Denis ou Boyardville. L'inverse est possible : une arrivée bateau en venant de la Rochelle , puis descente vers le Sud avec une sortie par un Bac passeur (uniquement vélos et piétons) au départ de Saint Trojan vers la Tremblade direction la foret domaniale de la Coubre , ce qui permet de rejoindre le Médoc et la grande foret Landaise grâce à la jonction Royan - Le Verdon .
