Nestled between the Loire River and the forest, near Germigny, St. Benoît, and Sully-sur-Loire (at the corner of the D952 and D88 roads), you'll discover this beautiful 19th-century house surrounded by gardens to explore and a park where a donkey, goats, and poultry roam. The two ground-floor bedrooms are independent and open onto the rose garden. One has a double bed (140 cm), the other two single beds (90 cm), each with its own shower room and toilet. Depending on the season, breakfast will be served in front of the tiled stove, under the glass roof, or the pergola.
