All sanitary precautions are taken: hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available, all bedding, including the bedspread, is thoroughly washed after each departure, and the entire property is disinfected before each arrival. We adhere to all social distancing guidelines. We only accommodate one family at a time, or people who know each other, as our sleeping area can be configured in various ways for up to 4 people (see description and photos). "Villa Andrée" welcomes you to La Rochelle in a large and lovely first-floor bedroom overlooking a quiet, wooded garden. We are located approximately 5 minutes from La Rochelle city center (Place de Verdun), the parks, Chef de Baie beach, and the Île de Ré bridge. We are also 900 meters from the La Rochelle rugby stadium, Marcel Deflandre. Finally, we are about 15 minutes via the ring road from the large seaside resort of Châtelaillon-Plage. Direct and very frequent bus lines (city center, port, airport, train station, etc.) and cycle paths (city center, Île de Ré, etc.) are located at the end of our street. Free street parking is available. Garage for bicycles, scooters, and motorcycles is also available. Our room is spacious with a beautiful new queen-size bed (160 cm). Sheets and towels are provided. You will have a private bathroom and toilet. Refrigerator, microwave, and free Wi-Fi are provided. TV. Garden area with a terrace, table, and sun loungers are available. Pets are welcome under certain conditions. Non-smoking accommodation. Our rates are: €70 to €80 per night for two people, breakfast included. €20 per extra bed (we can accommodate two additional people, one of whom can be in a small adjoining room), breakfast included.
