The Steep Beautiful

The house is built on the northern slope of Mont Saint Clair, facing the Étang de Thau, and offers a vast panorama stretching from the Montagne Noire to the west to the Mediterranean Sea to the east, encompassing the Escandorgue volcanoes, the southern edge of the Larzac plateau, the Cévennes mountains, the Gardiole hills, the Gulf of Lion, and the resorts of Palavas-les-Flots and La Grande-Motte. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house, which is about thirty steps below the Chemin du Glacis and the parking area (reserved primarily for the 4-key room). A space for motorcycles or bicycles is provided in the garage.

Les vélos sont garés dans un garage fermé qui dispose de prises électriques pour les recharges éventuelles. L'accès à Sète s'effectue à partir de voies vertes existantes : Balaruc à Sète, Frontignan à Sète ou Agde à Sète. Si tous les trajets pour arriver à Sète sont, comme la ville, au niveau de la mer la montée à la villa (située à 100 mètres d'altitude) nécessite quelques efforts : Sur le dernier kilomètre la pente est forte et deux ou trois passages sont supérieurs à 15%.
