Between town and country, discover an old farmhouse (200 m2) converted into a bookshop. In a quiet setting, immersed in an atmosphere filled with old and new books, and diverse collections (vinyl records, figurines, stamps, tableware and objects of all kinds…). Orléans is less than 10 minutes away by car, Île Charlemagne (treetop adventure course, BMX track, 2 supervised beaches, volleyball, table tennis, various games for children…) is 5 minutes away by car, the Limère golf course (18 holes) is 10 minutes away, the Floral Park (mini-golf, butterfly house…) is 10 minutes away, Center Parcs is 30 minutes away, the Château de la Ferté Saint Aubin is 20 minutes away, and the Château de Sully-sur-Loire is 30 minutes away… For fishing, in addition to the Loire River, numerous ponds are accessible within a 10-minute bike ride. Canoeing, kayaking, tennis, horseback riding are available in the village, as well as hot air ballooning, bowling, and walks in the forest (mushroom picking, mill walks, the Saint Cyr en Val pond is 10 minutes away…). Numerous shops are available (Carrefour Market, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, bookstores, restaurants, butchers, Fishmongers, greengrocers, and doctors will make your stay easier. Extensive information is available to help you plan your visits. In the center of the buildings, a fenced, grassy courtyard offers barbecue facilities. Three bedrooms are available (one with a double bed, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, or one with a single bed), two toilets, a kitchen, a bathroom (with a bathtub) or a shower (hairdryer provided), and a living room (with a 60-inch TV) that also serves as a bookshop, with an additional room upstairs. Bed linen and towels are provided. The property is fully furnished and equipped with a microwave, electric oven, two-burner gas hob and two induction hobs, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, HD DVD player, VHS player, table for 10, and wood-burning stove. Outside, there are garden tables, a barbecue, a swing, and a ping-pong table. Inside, you'll find foosball, board games, and more. Single room: €45, double room: €55 (small room) or €60 (large room), single + double bed: €70/day. Double bed + 2 single beds: €90/day, double bed + 3 single beds: €110/day. All rates include VAT and breakfast. Babies stay free. Pets are welcome and can accompany you to your room for an additional €5 per night. For everyone's comfort, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room (there is an outdoor courtyard for them to roam).
