Located 2,5 km from the village of Saint-Génis-des-Fontaines, 8 km from the beaches of the Côte Vermeille, at the foot of the Albères mountains, and just a few minutes from Collioure, we welcome you to the manor house of the Castell de Blés estate. This former 19th-century wine estate has become a hamlet of a few houses, offering magnificent views of the Canigou mountain between Perpignan, Collioure, and the beautiful modern art village of Céret. The house has been lovingly restored to offer all modern comforts while preserving its original charm. The property (2,5 hectares) is situated 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Génis-des-Fontaines, in the countryside, surrounded by orchards where peaches, nectarines, apples, and apricots are harvested. It is bordered by a pretty little wild river, the Tanyari. Peace and quiet, surrounded by sunshine, await you at our bed and breakfast, just minutes from Collioure.
