In a fully renovated 19th-century half-timbered farmhouse, located in the charming and peaceful flower-filled village of Giffaumont-Champaubert, just 500 meters from the water sports center, five independent, ground-floor bedrooms for 2 to 4 people, each with a private bathroom and toilet, will charm you with their refined and elegant décor, featuring natural materials. You can enjoy the tranquility of a spacious, beautifully landscaped courtyard (awarded the "Gîtes de France" floral garden label). Extending from each bedroom, your own private outdoor space with garden furniture will allow you to appreciate the balmy summer evenings and the magnificent spectacle of migratory birds, which will delight you as they fly overhead from October to March. Our house is ideally situated for exploring the lake and its surroundings by bike or on foot, allowing you to leave your car behind for a few days if you wish. You'll appreciate the immediate proximity of the village restaurants, located just a few minutes' walk from your room. Private parking is available on the property. Bicycle rental is available on site. Dogs are not allowed.
