Bohemian Spirit: Comfortable Caravan in the Peaceful Heart of the Périgord Noir + Heated Pool/Spa (7 months)

Near Sarlat, on a property of over 70,000m², among our gîtes, is a Gypsy-style Gypsy Caravan: Ideally located in the Périgord region, in the middle of a 7000m² private, fenced meadow, facing southeast, with additional trees and bushes around the perimeter. There are also fruit trees behind the house and an unobstructed view of the countryside to the south. This completely private space is a recently built, well-insulated (hemp) and air-conditioned 18m² wooden house, furnished like a studio. It offers all modern comforts, with a kitchenette and dining area on either side of the entrance. At the other end is the sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160cm). All linens are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Behind the partition is a proper bathroom with a shower. The houses are close enough to be rented together, yet also sufficiently spaced, each with its own large plot of land and different orientations, allowing them to be rented together. rented separately while preserving the privacy of each family. • Children welcome, • Pets welcome • Smoking allowed under the sheltered terrace to avoid triggering fire alarms inside.
