The Cabanes de Labrousse, eco-friendly accommodations, have been built with the utmost respect for nature and the trees that shelter them. Four family cabins are ideal for a truly unique getaway! Five adventure cabins offer an even more extraordinary experience! Like a treetop adventure course, harnesses are required. Thanks to our donkey Filou and our mule Myrtille, breakfast baskets are delivered to the foot of your tree. Simply hoist it up using a rope – a delight for all ages. Upon request, a dinner basket is also available for you to enjoy on your private terrace while gazing at the breathtaking views. This basket, filled with local delicacies from regional producers, is perfect for a night, a weekend, or several days. This exceptional location is also the starting point for exploring the Ardèche region. A marked hiking and mountain biking trail passes right by the Cabanes, offering beautiful scenery as it traverses the mountains of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park. The Dolce Via, an 80km greenway, is a safe and well-maintained cycle path in the Eyrieux Valley, a protected environment dedicated to mountain bikers, hybrid cyclists, horseback riders, and hikers. Nearby, the charming village of Chalancon offers remarkable views of the Vercors and Cévennes mountain ranges. Also worth visiting are the village of Désaignes and its medieval castle, and Boucieu-le-Roi, a treasure of natural and cultural heritage. Occasional events include the Ardéchoise cycling race, the Ardèche Marathon, and the Monts d'Ardèche Mountain Bike Raid, not to mention the numerous festivals and the famous Castagnade (chestnut roast). Lake Devesset and its leisure center offer swimming and water games, sailing, tennis courts, mini-golf, and orienteering. Just a few kilometers away are the Ardèche Gorges, the Chauvet Cave, and the village of Entraigues. And to explore the entire Doux Valley, don't miss the famous MASTROU, the name given to the historic train for over 120 years.
