3-Bedroom Rural Cottage with Heated Pool: L'Ecurie: Sleeps 6/7. Located between the children's playground and the "La Puce" cottage, L'Ecurie has a fenced garden with a barbecue and picnic table. The spacious and comfortable living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and sofa. The open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a bathroom with a washing machine and shower are located on one side of the living room. On the other side is a third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, furnished as a studio apartment. Its en suite bathroom, kitchenette (with refrigerator), and private entrance allow several generations of the same family, or even two families, to share this cottage without disturbing each other. It is indeed a perfect place to relax away from villages and far from noisy towns and roads. This 250-year-old farmhouse is entirely enclosed by palisades, including a shaded picnic area furnished with hammocks. Within the property, children can play safely while adults relax or enjoy the many on-site activities: a heated swimming pool (May to September), sports fields (football, badminton, mini-tennis), a ping-pong table, a dartboard, a pool table, cricket equipment, and pétanque balls, not to mention the children's sand playground equipped with swings, a slide, and more. Younger children can enjoy a sheltered and comfortable play area with a variety of games. Our location makes it an excellent starting point for exploring the region. Museums, monuments, historical sites, as well as beaches and seaside activities are easily accessible from our place.
