Large 240 m² house comprising two apartments that can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people. A third gîte, located 200 meters away and accommodating 6 people, is also available for rent. Overlooking the vineyards on a fully fenced 13-hectare wine estate, our rental, situated 5 km from the medieval village of Les Arcs-sur-Argens at the foot of the Maures forest, is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Numerous sporting, cultural, and tourist activities are nearby: Provençal markets, a river less than 5 minutes away, the sea half an hour away, the Verdon Gorge 45 minutes away, Saint-Tropez 45 minutes away, and Cannes 1 hour away. The house comprises: 6 bedrooms, 4 with a double bed (140 cm), and 2 each with a sofa bed, 2 bunk beds, and a pull-out bed. Storage is available in all bedrooms. There are 4 bathrooms (2 bathtubs, 3 showers, 4 double vanities), and 4 toilets. Two large living rooms of 40 and 60 m², each equipped with a TV, DVD player, mini stereo system, tables, chairs, sofas, coffee table, etc. Two fully equipped kitchens: oven, microwave, gas and ceramic hob, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, blender, mixer, etc. Two terraces of 40 and 30 m², each with garden furniture and a barbecue. One of the terraces is covered and can be enclosed with tarpaulins. Large private indoor swimming pool (12 x 5 m) fenced and secured with an alarm, heated from April 1st to October 31st (minimum 23°C). Approximately 100 m² of pool deck with sun loungers. The pool enclosure retracts completely in summer. Ping-pong table, swing, children's play area, and pétanque court. Baby equipment available on request: cot, high chair, booster seat, stroller. Two donkeys on the property, Esteban and Lana, and a sheep, Maya, will delight children and adults alike who wish to meet them in their enclosure. Holiday vouchers accepted.
