Bedroom: 160 cm bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Living room with fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen, comfortable living area with French doors opening onto a 25 m² east-facing terrace. The 8-person accessible apartment (apartment no. 3): This brand-new, very functional 4-room apartment for 8 people includes three spacious and bright bedrooms with storage (one of which is adapted and located on the ground floor), two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower adapted for people with reduced mobility, also on the ground floor), a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen, a spacious and comfortable living room with a corner sofa, a double sofa bed, and French doors opening onto a 30 m² east-facing terrace with views of the Carroux mountain. Bedrooms 1 and 2: 160 cm beds; bedroom 3: two 80 cm beds that can be joined together. The shared outdoor area: the large terrace with a 7m x 5m swimming pool is private and includes outdoor restrooms for the exclusive use of our gîte guests. There is also a relaxation area with sun loungers and parasols, and a dining area with furniture and a barbecue.
