Ideally located, this village house in the historic center is close to shops and restaurants, the river, and the Dolce Via cycle route. At the end of a pedestrian cul-de-sac, on the ground floor, a large cellar awaits you for storing your bicycles, equipped with a bike lift, tools, charging points for batteries, and a water point. A stone staircase leads to a small balcony on the first floor: the entrance, which provides access to a laundry area (washing machine), a toilet, a shower room, and a first bedroom (double). On the second floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, extractor hood, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils. A large family table completes the space. On the third floor, you will find two more comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other ideal for children with three single pull-out beds.
