The cottage is located 15 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo, 15 minutes from the castles of Chenonceau, Amboise, and Chaumont-sur-Loire, and 30 minutes from Chambord. Just a short walk away, the Montrichard water sports center offers numerous activities (canoeing, paddleboarding, pedal boats, children's play area, supervised swimming). You can stroll along the Cher River and reach the Château de Chenonceau (a great outing for families or groups of friends). This charming 120m² house is situated in the heart of a typical Loir-et-Cher village. It has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, and 2 toilets. Maximum capacity: 8 people. 2 cribs and a high chair are available. Outside, you will find a garden, a terrace, a barbecue, garden furniture, and a trampoline. There are 2 parking spaces. Cleaning is either self-cleaning or available as an option for €80. Pets are accepted only upon prior request. We also have a guest house with a swimming pool!

Dans un jardin entièrement clos avec trampoline, barbecue et salon de jardin, proche de la rivière pour activités nautiques (canoé, paddle, pédalos, baignades...), dans un endroit calme et reposant, à 1km de toute commodités, au cœur des châteaux de la Loire et à 15 min du célèbre Zoo parc de Beauval. Possibilité de faire balade à cheval/poney au bord de l'eau avec baignades possibles. Le gite confortable est composé d'une terrasse, d'une cuisine aménagée, 3 chambres, salle à manger, salon, salle de bains, 2 wc.
