House rental / Annecy - Albertville greenway

I offer my house for rent in its entirety. It's located in a hamlet in the countryside, close to the greenway, the Bauges, Aravis, Beaufortain, and Arly mountain ranges. Lake Annecy is 15 minutes away. It's a large, comfortable house with a terrace and garden. An ideal starting point for a bike ride, either on the greenway or for climbing a mountain pass. Maximum occupancy: 6 people / minimum 6 nights. This house is available year-round as a bed and breakfast and in the summer as a full rental. I'm also a cyclist and can advise you on your routes.
