Villa for 4 people in Gruissan Mateille

The villa is located in a quiet residential area in the new Mateille district of Gruissan. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms and can accommodate four people (five if there are children). It has a small enclosed garden and a terrace sheltered from the rain and wind. Pets are welcome at no extra charge. It is close to the beaches (Plage du Grazel and Plage de Mateille) and the cycle path connecting Gruissan to Narbonne Plage and Saint Pierre la Mer. A supermarket is located directly opposite for your daily shopping. You can also enjoy the spa and leisure center opposite the supermarket. Rentals are available from April to September/October for a minimum of two nights, with arrival possible any day of the week, except in July/August when the minimum stay is one week with arrival on Saturday. The nightly rates are for two nights and decrease depending on the length of your stay. Please feel free to contact me for the exact price.
