"Les Fougères" is a charming Basque-Landes style house built in 1934 on a large 2500 m² plot, divided between an enclosed garden and an orchard. The ground floor comprises a kitchen-dining room, a living room, a bedroom (one double bed), and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a shower room and three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a cot, the second with two single beds, and the third with a single bed and a 120 cm bed. The covered terrace features garden furniture near the barbecue. Parking is available for several vehicles at the rear of the house. The "Les Fougères" gîte is rated 3 stars by the Landes Prefecture.
