Dining room, kitchen, entrance hall, laundry room, pantry... TV, DVD player, radio with CD player, library available, microwave, electric stove with oven/4 burners, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc. Landscaped garden, large sun/shaded terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Enclosed grounds with parking for one vehicle. Pets not allowed (owner's vegetable garden/orchard, located in Lège, adjoins your garden). A 5% surcharge applies for groups larger than 4 (maximum 6 people). Electricity and water are included. Heating (gas boiler) is extra if used. Linen rental (various towels and sheets) is €15 per person, €50 for 4 people, and €60 for 6 people. Additional photos and further information are available upon request.
