Welcome to La Bouriette, a peaceful retreat in the hills above Bout-du-Pont-de-l'Arn, nestled within 25 hectares of woodland and offering stunning views of the Montagne Noire. This charming, renovated, and spacious detached farmhouse sits on the edge of a private forest, perfect for lovely walks or mountain biking. Down in the valley lies the Passa Païs greenway, a 76km cycle path connecting Mazamet to Bédarieux. Just 8km away, Mazamet (the former world capital of wool processing) awaits, with its leather shops, the Lac des Montagnès (a leisure center offering swimming), and the hilltop village of Hautpoul. You're also only an hour's drive from the Mediterranean beaches, passing through the vineyards of Minervois or Saint-Chinian. The detached cottage features a large garden, a covered terrace, and a barbecue. Ground floor: entrance hall with fireplace, fully equipped separate kitchen, living/dining room (sofa bed), bedroom, shower room with toilet, laundry room (washing machine, dryer) with access to the first floor (steep stairs). First floor: two bedrooms, shower room with toilet. Oil-fired central heating. Cots available. Bed linen and towels are provided; cleaning fee is extra.
