Le Cottage

The Cottage, a charming 3-star gîte in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, is a characterful stone and half-timbered house, classified as a 3-star property. Adjoining the owner's house, it is situated in a pleasant and very quiet setting (large, private, enclosed garden with trees and flowers - 1500m²). The ground floor comprises a living/dining room and kitchen (one large room). Upstairs, there is a bedroom (one double bed 160cm and one single bed 80cm, both with new, high-quality bedding) and a shower room (shower and toilet). Sleeps 3 adults and young children. Fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, flat-screen TV/digital terrestrial television + DVD player + 5.1 home cinema system with hi-fi function, internet access, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, new ping-pong table, children's play structure...washing machine/dryer/baby equipment available), very recently renovated (complete refurbishment at the end of February 2015, new photos coming very soon and/or upon request). New bicycles and a 4-bike rack with tow bar are available for rent. The cottage must be vacated after cleaning. If you prefer not to clean it yourself, this service is available for €45. Located 2 minutes from the center of Avranches, 20 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel and the beach, easily accessible via the free A84 motorway, ideal for exploring the region. Vos vélos peuvent être rangés à l'abri dans le garage ou bien dans le couloir menant au cottage, au choix. Nous vous proposons également la location de vélos neufs adultes (1 grande taille, 1 taille medium) et vélos enfants différentes tailles + porte 4 vélos attelage véhicules également neuf, très facile et rapide à installer.
