holiday cottage with swimming pool "Le Farfadet" in South Vendée/Marais Poitevin

In a charming, fully renovated barn adjoining our house, the "Le Farfadet" gîte is all on one level and easily accessible. It has a private parking space. The south-facing terrace overlooks a private, enclosed garden of approximately 100m². A spacious living room features a fully equipped kitchen area designed for your comfort (fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, etc.). There is a table with five chairs, and in the lounge area, a sofa bed with a very comfortable mattress, an armchair, and a television with Wi-Fi access. A large bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm) and a single bed (90cm). Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided (please bring your own pool towels). A shower room with a shower and sink is also available, as is the toilet. In the laundry room, there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron, and everything necessary for cleaning the premises. Access to the 4000m² park, playground, bicycles and outdoor games available for loan, and of course to the 5x10m² communal swimming pool, HEATED and treated with sea salt without chlorine odor (with hot shower and WC).
