Located 5 km from St Lô, nestled in the heart of our hamlet, we have been offering a gîte (holiday cottage) in a restored former bakery since December 2012. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside while remaining close to the town and major roads. It's a central location for exploring the major tourist attractions of Lower Normandy, and also a starting point for hiking and cycling: the greenway, just 2,5 km away, can take you to the D-Day landing beaches or Mont Saint-Michel and is part of the international "Tour de Manche" cycling route. The house has been fully restored by us, with a focus on preserving its heritage (beams, fireplace, lime mortar joints, wooden shingle roof, etc.), while incorporating modern comforts (high insulation, double-flow ventilation, appliances, Wi-Fi, etc.) and respecting the environment (wastewater treatment using plants: phytoremediation).
