Two cottages in a large, south-facing sheepfold, on the edge of a hamlet of red stone houses, await you at Valle Grande. Relax on the terraces overlooking the valley and explore the colorful Rougier region and the limestone plateaus of the Roquefort country. • The large cottage: On the first floor: entrance hall leading to three bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with two bunk beds and one single bed). On the ground floor: large living room (dining and lounge area) with open-plan kitchen opening onto a private south-facing terrace, shower room, and toilet. Orientation: north and south. • The small cottage: On the first floor: a living room/kitchen with access via a wooden terrace. On the ground floor: bedroom with shower room opening onto the garden via a small private covered terrace. Orientation: north, south, and west. In the heart of a protected natural and cultural area, our 3-hectare property, which is not fenced, is accessible. Near Millau and its viaduct, close to Saint-Affrique and Roquefort: outdoor activities all around, swimming, canoeing, horseback riding... Discover the natural heritage: caves, sinkholes, the Tarn gorges... Discover the historical heritage: the medieval village of Combret, Brousse-le-Château, the Cistercian Abbey of Sylvanès...
