Truffle Oak Estate

Domaine des Chênes Truffiers is a 7.5-hectare property, fully fenced and secure, situated in a peaceful location. It features a large bastide (traditional Provençal farmhouse) that sleeps 13 people and two gîtes (holiday cottages) for a total of 8 people. The property is located between the cities of Nîmes, Avignon, and Arles. The main bastide has five bedrooms: three double bedrooms (queen-size beds) each with its own shower room, two bedrooms with six single beds, and a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower, double vanity, and changing table for the children's rooms. A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room is located on the ground floor. The living and dining rooms are very spacious, and a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor kitchen complete the accommodation. The house is modern and practical, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Outside, there is direct access to the shaded terrace with an outdoor kitchen or to the pool area with a relaxation zone. The swimming pool is 3.5m wide by 9m long with a depth of 1.4m and is secured by a cover. The two cottages are located on the first floor of the barn. Each cottage has its own terrace, living room, kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (160cm), one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. Wi-Fi access is also available. The second heated infinity pool is located in the garden and measures 5m by 10m, with a depth of 1.45m and a 30cm paddling pool for toddlers. A large sun deck and a shaded area are also available. The garden offers plenty of space for a game of pétanque, ping-pong, or foosball, or simply relaxing in the many shaded spots. A playground with slides, a swing, and a small climbing wall is available for children. For younger children, there are folding beds, high chairs, a small bathtub, a baby bath, and safety gates. A large playground with two slides, a swing, and climbing is nestled among the trees. Domaine des Chênes Truffiers is available year-round, making it a wonderful place for Christmas and/or New Year's holidays. Weekend rentals are possible. The entire property is rented from the beginning of May until the end of September and for the Christmas holidays. In the off-season, it is possible to rent only the main house or a cottage. The maximum capacity is 23 people, including adults, children, and babies. For more than 21 people, a supplement of €20 per person per night is charged. The swimming pools are open from the beginning of May until the end of September. Pets are welcome after prior approval from the owner. Final cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of 4 nights or more. Linen and/or towels can also be rented for weekend stays.
