Adjoining the owners' house, the cottage has a separate entrance and a small private garden with garden furniture, a sun lounger, and a barbecue. It comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge (with a sofa bed), a bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and a sofa bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels for two people, table linen, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Rental for more than two people and/or the use of the sofa beds are possible upon request for an additional charge of €70 per person per week. Electric heating. Reversible air conditioning in the main room. Wi-Fi (signal strength may be unstable). Parking is available outside the property (free of charge). A bus stop for Bordeaux is 50 meters away. The owners' parking area is adjacent to the cottage. This rental is reserved for tourist and family stays.
