The chalet is located opposite the medieval village of Olargues (one of the most beautiful villages in France). Nestled in the tranquility of majestic natural surroundings overlooking the river, it sits on a terraced plot of 4000m², landscaped with trees and featuring a large vegetable garden. The views are breathtaking. The accommodation is a spacious and bright duplex with views of the village and the Caroux and Espinouse mountain ranges. On the ground floor: a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom/WC, and a terrace. Upstairs: a mezzanine lounge, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a bedroom with two single beds (90cm). Amenities include: individual dishwasher and washing machine, Wi-Fi, and parking. Bed linen and towels available for an additional €50. Cleaning service available for an additional €50. Pets are welcome with prior agreement. We offer: - during the warmer months, a shared swimming pool with sun loungers and benches, - a ping-pong table, - a comfortably furnished outdoor terrace. Notre chalet surplombe la voie verte , de chez nous trois coups de pédales et on y est. Par ailleurs il se situe à 100 m du village et des commerces et offre une vue panoramique sur le beau village d'Olargues ,les monts du Sommail , Espinouse et Caroux .C'est vivifiant et à la fois reposant avant ou après l'effort. A la belle saison la piscine est un plus appréciable. Notre maison personnelle est proche mais sans vis à vis et nous restons à votre disposition pour agrémenter votre séjour ou vous donner des renseignements , des tuyaux.Tout est prévu pour votre accueil que nous assurons avec plaisir et en personnes.
