Located on the south-facing slope of a hill in Méaudre, our gîte is close to the swimming pool and cross-country ski trails, 500 meters from the village center and its shops, and a 5-minute drive from the Méaudre downhill ski slopes. In a lush green setting, it offers unobstructed views of the mountains and ski slopes. It is spread over two levels: on the ground floor: a living room with a wood-burning stove and TV area opening onto a terrace and a small, unfenced garden; a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, raclette grill, etc.); a bedroom with an en-suite shower room; a laundry area (washing machine and dryer); and a separate WC. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, and a separate WC. This gîte occupies the western part of an old Vercors farmhouse, fully renovated in 2022 with carefully selected materials. It is rated 4 stars by Gîtes de France. We rent it out all year round for a minimum of 2 nights with possible departure on Sunday evening.
