Sleeping 4 people and 1 baby, the 55 m² apartment includes: On the ground floor: A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine) with a dining area. A living area with a flat-screen TV and a separate sleeping area with two single beds (90x200 cm). A bathroom with a large hydromassage shower and washing machine. A separate toilet. Upstairs: The master suite with a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm). A changing table. A baby area with a wooden cot. Comfort amenities include: electric oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washing machine, clothes rack, iron, hairdryer, flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial channels, internet access, bed linen included, beds made upon arrival, and baby equipment (wooden cot, high chair, changing table), reading corner and board games, designer furniture with pieces exclusively designed for children. Included services: cleaning kit (sponges, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, cleaning products, toilet paper rolls, bin bags, vacuum cleaner bags). Bed linen and towels are provided: no need to bring your own! Free Wi-Fi access. Extras: 1 complimentary Nespresso capsule per adult, selection of teas and herbal infusions.
