Large cottage on the banks of the Rance

Large, comfortable holiday home that can accommodate up to 10 to 12 people. Ground floor: living/dining room with fireplace, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, hob with 2 gas burners and 2 induction hobs, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, blender, etc.), one bedroom with a double bed, a shower room. Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with twin beds, a playroom with a sofa bed for 2 people, a shower room. For babies: a wooden cot, a travel cot, two high chairs, a baby bath, a potty, a bottle warmer, a changing mat. Sleeping arrangements for 12 people are possible (sofa bed in the living room). Wi-Fi. Pets allowed on request. Covered courtyard. Enclosed garden shaded by a large cherry tree (delicious cherries, much appreciated by those visiting in July!) with garden furniture and a large barbecue.
