Located in Charente-Maritime, 7 km from La Rochelle, we welcome you to our home, "Le Lavardin"! LE CABESTAN Le Cabestan is a 30 m² self-contained cottage. This charming little house, decorated with wood, has a small private garden. It features a queen-size bed (160 cm), a sofa, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary crockery and utensils for your stay. Outside, garden furniture and a barbecue await you. During the season, you will have access to the owners' heated, covered swimming pool (12m x 6m). An extra double bed can be added to the mezzanine. A travel cot is also available upon request. Linens (sheets, pillowcases, duvet), a toiletry kit (towels, shampoo, shower gel), and a kitchen kit (sponge, dish towels, dish soap) are provided free of charge. We can prepare a platter of bread, cold cuts, and cheeses for your arrival day for an additional fee. LA TOULINE: La Touline is a spacious 25 m² guest room. It has a shower room and toilet. The small sitting area allows you to relax in front of the TV or read in peace and quiet. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stovetop, microwave, and a welcome tray (kettle, coffee maker, tea and coffee, sugar). Outside, you have complete privacy with a private entrance. If you wish to relax in the landscaped garden, sun loungers are available. And to end your evenings, a barbecue awaits you on the wooden terrace. During the season, you will have access to the owners' heated, covered swimming pool (12m x 6m). Upon arrival, you can let us know your breakfast preferences. We can either share breakfast together or serve it in your room. Weather permitting, breakfast can be enjoyed on the veranda adjoining your room, overlooking the fish pond. A travel cot is available upon request. Linens and a toiletries kit (sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel) are provided. We can also prepare a platter of organic bread, cold cuts, and cheeses for your arrival day for an additional fee.
