Just a few kilometers from four of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France" (Monflanquin, Pujols, Villeréal, etc.) and several fortified towns (Penne d'Agenais, Villeneuve-sur-Lot, etc.) and castles. Ideally located at the gateway to the Dordogne and in the heart of the Lot-et-Garonne, you can immerse yourself in the rhythm of authentic local traditions and explore unique landscapes. In an idyllic and verdant setting, come and enjoy the Southwest: with nearly 2000 hours of sunshine per year, the Southwest is the perfect destination for all nature and outdoor enthusiasts. OUR ROOMS Our two bedrooms, "La Bucolique" and "L'Équestre," each have a king-size bed (1.80m), a private bathroom, and a minibar area with a television. The "Bucolique" room also has a single bed, so an extra bed can be provided upon request. Two additional beds can also be provided in the "Équestre" room upon request. During peak season, we also offer a third bedroom for rent, particularly for groups. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding the number of beds. COMMON AREAS The property features a 14x7m swimming pool, heated by solar panels, and a jacuzzi. Next to the pool is a shared summer kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. Within the grounds, you will have access to several patios and two wood-fired barbecues, allowing you to fully enjoy summer grilling. One of our terraces offers direct access to the river: an idyllic spot perfect for fishing. In the common areas, you'll also find a lounge with a fireplace, chess table, board games, and satellite TV with international channels. Our property is situated in a peaceful, green setting, completely private, in the heart of a wooded park with a landscaped garden and swimming pool. The accommodations reserved for our guests are located upstairs and are accessible via a separate entrance. Parking is available under a carport, with space for your motorcycles and bicycles. The private property is fully fenced and secured with a gate and keypad entry. Classic bicycles are available free of charge, and at the end of the street, you'll find a MObiVE electric vehicle charging station. Languages ​​spoken: French, English, Dutch.
