Renovated stone cottage in the countryside. Easy access, 1.5 hours from the beaches, 45 minutes from Bordeaux and Angoulême. Hiking trails start from the property. Sleeps 12. Equipped kitchen, covered terrace, unobstructed views of the private garden and meadows, outdoor games... Horse stabling available. The swimming pool is shared with the owners and is open daily from 10 am to 8 pm. Fresh eggs and vegetable baskets from the garden are available upon request. Linens are included. A cleaning fee of €150 will be added to the total stay. We require a security deposit of €800 (not cashed) via credit card authorization a few days before arrival (transaction processed online with Crédit Agricole). Room layout: - Curry room = 1 x 160cm bed, 1 x cot, 1 x 120cm bed - Dormitory = 4 x 90cm beds - Blue room = 1 x 140cm bed - Cabin room = 1 x 140cm bed - Living room = sofa bed
