For a weekend, a week, or just a few days exploring the Gâtine region of Deux-Sèvres, the Ferme des Marsaudières offers its fully renovated 120 m² gîte in a hilly setting dotted with woods and ponds, at the source of the Thouaret River. Certified for accessibility for people with disabilities and awarded 3 keys by Clévacances, it comprises: On the ground floor, a 50 m² living area with an open-plan kitchen, a lounge with an open fireplace (with a comfortable 140 cm bed), and a sitting area (seating for 8). A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. A large shower room with WC, accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (12, 13, and 16 m²) each with a 140 cm bed, and two additional 90 cm beds in the largest bedroom. A shower room and a separate WC. The exterior: A 100 m² enclosed garden terrace directly accessible from the kitchen and an adjoining outbuilding for storage (garden furniture, barbecue, etc.). Wheelchair-accessible path from the 3-space parking area. A 1000 m² shaded play and relaxation area. This gîte benefits from the support of the Deux-Sèvres General Council and the European Union, which invests in rural areas. Highlights: La Ferme des Marsaudières offers a peaceful and rejuvenating setting. Hiking and cycling opportunities are available (35 km greenway between Bressuire and Parthenay). Approximately one hour away: Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, the Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, and the Atlantic Coast. Holiday vouchers are accepted.
